All cancellations must be notified in writing to Sane Event Group at email@example.com or by fax on +61 2 9553 4830. Please retain fax confirmation or sent email item as proof of cancellation.
Any cancellations 60 days or more prior to the commencement of the conference will incur a AUD $100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to the commencement of the conference will incur 50% cancellation fees on the total registration.
If your cancellation is received inside 30 days of the commencement of the conference, 100% cancellation fees apply.
For rooms cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival no penalty applies.
For rooms cancelled 45 – 14 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of one night’s tariff will apply.
For rooms cancelled inside 14 days prior to arrival full room tariff for every room/every night applies.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For cancellation and no show charges the credit card nominated at time of booking will be debited unless alternative payment is received at time of cancellation.
Photos and video footage
Photos and video taken during the conference may be used and printed in RACGP marketing materials, both printed and online. If you strongly disagree to your photo being taken or video footage throughout the conference, please contact Sane Event Group at firstname.lastname@example.org and advise your objection in writing.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the conference. RACGP and the GP13 Secretariat (Sane Event Group Pty Ltd) will not take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
